The meeting builds on Astria Learning’s expanding work in Ghana, including its partnership with the University of Cape Coast to support the launch of fully online degree programmes. The proposed ranking discussion also reflected a broader recognition that quality assurance in modern higher education increasingly depends on reliable data, transparent benchmarking, and systems that can support continuous institutional development. In this context, rankings were discussed not simply as public performance measures, but as strategic tools for strengthening institutional visibility, competitiveness, and long-term quality improvement.
